Tuumacid was established in 2003 to deliver tools, measuring instruments, fasteners (mainly bolts and nuts) and other accessories in inches to the metric system dominated markets in Finland.

 

Since then our product offering has broadened to import car parts and cars to the EU region. We are an autohorized dealer to a number of companies selling products to this market in the USA.

 

We have opened an engine workshop and we are delivering engines built to customer's specs in "turn-key" manner. Our customer will enjoy the coverage of full documentation and detail that we provide with our engines built with a staged project outline from planning to parts gathering to build-up to measuring the result in a dyno. We also have started to offer transmission and rear axle rebuild services to our customers, as well as car repair and restoration services.

 

The company has a view from American car restoration perspective and answers all those needs a beginner or a more advanced customer may need to ask among his hobby or work. We also have a broad customer base for measurement instruments and tools especially when the customer needs the scale in inches.

 

The product and service range will develop by time and so will Tuumacid. We are constantly seeking direct business relationships from other countries to better serve the customer base we have in Finland and in Europe. On 4th Nov 2008 we opened our shop located in downtown Riihimäki, 45 miles north of the Finland's capitol Helsinki. On 4th Oct 2010, our new much bigger shop is to be opened in another location and at the same time our service offering will see major leaps forward.
